After a string of successful restaurant openings in San Francisco, Hawaii, and Los Angeles, Chef Max has turned his focus to sharing his approach as a consultant to startups and rebrands hoping to win in a crowded, competitive space.

Chef Max’s approach is simple: seasonal, local ingredients, prepared with experienced care, and an elegant but unpretentious presentation. As a temporary leader in the back of your house, he spends his time teaching communication and coordination, developing talent, and creating a new menu that is unique, delicious, and profitable.

Chef Max takes the time to get to know you, your customers, your location, and then comes up with a menu and process for your kitchen that is absolutely perfect.
